I danced until the age of 20 and continued to take dance classes as an adult. Since I was a classical dancer, I was never interested in step and aerobic classes. My sister introduced me to pilates 15 years ago and I have never looked back. I immediately related to the elongation and balance principles and for the first time; developed a true mind/body connection. Pilates helped me to become an A personality versus the AAA persona that I had developed in the highly competitive NYC corporate world. I have always enjoyed teaching on many levels and so look forward to introducing and furthering many clients knowledge wiht power pilates method. Pilates is a GIFT that I hope to share for many years with many fortunate people.
